1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing and using the services provided by WondrHost ("Service"), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify WondrHost of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. WondrHost will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or prohibited activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hosting or distributing copyrighted material without permission.
- Sending unsolicited email (spam).
- Hosting phishing sites, malware, or any form of malicious code.
- Engaging in activities that cause harm to our servers or other customers (e.g., resource abuse, DoS attacks).
Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.
4. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds
Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your Client Area.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new shared and reseller hosting accounts. Domain name registrations and other addons are non-refundable. Please see our full Refund Policy for details.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WondrHost be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WondrHost's website. It is your responsibility to maintain your own backups.
6. Changes to Terms
WondrHost reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
